I wrote a song for my mother,
In response to her strength,
And how her courage and values,
Could inspire thousands to break,
Into tears and the seas would part,
True inspiration only comes from the heart.
Truth me told you painted a portrait,
Of my father in the light of sin,
As you told your stories,
You said the unforgiving suns would burn those within,
Without the light in their hearts,
Without the purest of intention,
I believed you until recent,
Until I realized what you are behind the mask.
The monster is not the one without,
The monster is the one with greed,
Gluttony for power,
Ignorant pride - we will meet again,
I will burn for my mistakes,
For my blatant disregard,
But you my fair mother have gone too far.
The only woman I have known,
To take payment from a man,
Without good exchanged in hand,
Is that of a whore,
A trick,
A street walking thief,
I will see you in hell,
Where I will knock on your door,
And breathe flames of hate.
